HR218: This is the yearly qualification for retired law enforcement to keep their HR218 carry card. It allows retired officers the ability to carry a firearm in other states without a pistol license in those states. You must still follow the states carry laws. You will need your firearm and 100 rounds of ammo. You must have already filed your paperwork. 8am at our range.
